Invoices are raised twice a month or monthly depending on the volume. All invoices are based on the actual 65 charcter lines transcribed. Invoices are mailed electronically to clients. A detailed breakdown of transcription by day, by location and by provider for each client is made available for their respective accounts from our secure systems.
