Our systems are so user-friendly and our quality is so reliable that most clients go many months without a support issue. Having said that, we provide comprehensive support to meet our clients' needs.

Service requests during the workday (8AM-6PM EST) will be addressed by telephone at 617-244-5210 or e-mail. No question is considered too silly, and we are happy to answer questions in as much detail as needed to satisfy our clients.

For the added convenience of our customers, we have created a very detailed list of Frequently Asked Questions to enable you to obtain an even quicker response to common queries. If you are an existing client and are having trouble sending us dictation or having trouble dictating into our system, please contact

Our backup dictation system is available in the unlikely event that you have a dictation problem. Please call 617-244-5210 if you require our backup number or have forgotten your access code. For a missing report, please utilize the search feature on our client website. 


If your search does not yield the report, please email Service with your account name in the subject line, and mention the date of dictation and client name for the report. We will respond within two hours.
